Windows Server 2012 is a huge release on many fronts, particularly surrounding virtualization and Microsoft Press has made its latest book, Introducing Windows Server 2012 available for free in e-book formats. 

There are  PDF, ePub, and Mobi versions available now on the Microsoft Press Blog.
